Shipping Process Details

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 12-24 hours.

Order Cut Off Time:
04:00 PM

Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges:
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Standard shipping charges ₹49 will apply below this amount.

Delivery Delays:
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order on KGA India, our operations team begins processing it immediately:

All items are inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. If there is any issue or variation we contact you before dispatch.
Items that pass the final quality check are securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.
Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times if you are unavailable and may call the provided contact number if there are address or delivery issues.

How are items packaged?

We use protective packaging materials to reduce the risk of transit damage, such as corrugated boxes, bubble wrap and dunnage.

If your item is damaged in transit, please:

Take clear photos of the damaged package and product.
Email them to support@kgaindia.in with your order number.
We will arrange a free pickup and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Order tracking

When your order is shipped, we send an email and/or SMS with tracking details and the courier partner name. Track using the courier website below:

Estimated delivery time

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Products sourced from brands or those requiring freshness may take longer; we will notify you of any delay.
During high-volume events (e.g. Mega Sales), dispatches may take up to 5 business days.

Multiple shipments

Items in the same order may be shipped from different warehouses. You may receive multiple packages — shipping/CoD fees (if applicable) will be charged as described below and typically charged only once.
