Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

You must share:
– Order ID
– Product images
– Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Proof of purchase

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return Process

  • Step 1: Initiate Request – Contact our support team at support@kgaindia.in or via our helpline within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Step 2: Provide Proof – Please attach clear photos of the product and a short unboxing video to verify any damage, defects, or incorrect items received.

  • Step 3: Verification – Our quality assurance team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization confirmation via email.

  • Step 4: Pickup & Packaging – Ensure the product is packed in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address.

  • Step 5: Quality Inspection – Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is unused and in its original condition.

  • Step 6: Resolution – After a successful inspection, your Refund or Replacement will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@kgaindia.in and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
