Cancellation Policy
Overview
At KGA India, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below are the guidelines for our cancellation process:
1. Cancellation Period
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Usually, orders are processed within 12-24 hours.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible via:

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
Refund Timeline: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, simply notify us to cancel before dispatch, and no charges will apply.
4. Cancellation by KGA India
Under rare circumstances, KGA India reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability or out-of-stock status.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.
Identification of fraudulent transactions. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
