Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Return Process
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@kgaindia.in.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@kgaindia.in and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for valuable items. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
