Cancellation Policy

Overview

At KGA India, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Below are the guidelines for our cancellation process:

1. Cancellation Period

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Usually, orders are processed within 12-24 hours.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking ID has been generated, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: If you cancel a prepaid order before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).

  • Refund Timeline: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

 

4. Cancellation by KGA India

Under rare circumstances, KGA India reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability or out-of-stock status.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address.

  • Identification of fraudulent transactions. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
